What is Barbella Box?
Barbella Box is a package delivered each month filled with premium functional fitness apparel, gear, accessories, supplements, snacks, workout tips, and more exclusively for WOMEN! This is a perfect way to try new products, snacks, and brands in the CrossFit market while also getting a mix of the ones you already love! Barbella Box is the perfect complement to your lifestyle… and for tomorrow’s WOD, of course.
How does Barbella Box work?
Once you sign up for Barbella Box, you enter in your sizes, and shortly after you will receive a package straight to your door! This is an ongoing monthly subscription that you can cancel or pause at any time.
In each Barbella Box, you will find a healthy mix of 4-6 well-known and new-to-the-market brands products including CrossFit-style apparel, gear, accessories, supplement samples, snacks, workout tips, recipes, and more!
How much does it cost?
Barbella Box is $49.99 plus FREE Shipping (in the US). This is an auto-renewing monthly rebill.
How does billing work?
You will be billed on the fifth of every month for that month’s box which will be sent at the end of the month (usually around the 22-25th of each month).
When is the monthly deadline?
You have until 8pm ET on the 15th or 16th of the month (depending if it’s a short month or long month) to sign up for that month’s Barbella Box. If you purchase after the 15th or 16th, you will receive your Barbella Box the following month. If you have questions regarding the deadline, send us an email and we will verify! firstname.lastname@example.org
When will I receive my first box?
This depends on the day you purchased. If you purchased BETWEEN the 1st of the month and the 16th of the month, you will receive your first box any time between the 22nd and the 30th. If you purchased any time AFTER the 16th of the month, you will receive your first box the following month between the 22nd and the 30th.
Where do you ship?
We ship internationally! Shipping in the US is free, but shipping internationally has an additional shipping cost. This is calculated at checkout.
How can I cancel my subscription or receive a refund?
If you ever need to close your subscription, you can cancel anytime by logging into your account and editing your subscription or you can email us at email@example.com.
In order to receive a refund, you must request one before your box has shipped. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for boxes that have shipped. You may receive a refund for an order any time before shipment, which is around the 21st of the month. (Ps. If you’re ever dissatisfied, we’ll do our best to make your experience spectacular!)
Can I exchange sizes or items?
We try to accommodate you as much as we can. If you were given the wrong size, we will absolutely send you a new one. If you receive the size you requested but it doesn’t fit, we will send you a new one if we have leftover in stock! It’s on a case by case basis–email us if this happens!
Can I sign up for just one box as a gift?
We have a gifting option available if you wish to purchase a box for a friend. You will click the “Gift” box at checkout. This box still rebills but it is extremely easy to cancel the subscription and just keep the one box!
